Eco Kids Battery Busters Spring Clean-Up Contest

Saint Mary’s Green Team has entered Canada’s Eco Kids Battery Buster contest. The Green Team collects used batteries throughout the year, but we are making an extra drive to collect extra for the month of April. The batteries collected for the month of April will be weighed by Eco Kids in conjunction with the group “Call2Recyle”. If Saint Mary’s has collected the most batteries we could win $2500 but the real prize is protecting our environment! By recycling single use batteries, Saint Mary’s School Community can help save the environment. Please start saving your used batteries and send them to school in the month of April… and tell your friends to start saving their batteries too! We can make a difference!
