PA Days / End of Day transportation changes

Hi All
Just a reminder that Friday September 30 and Friday October 7 are PA days for Saint Mary's School. On September 30 we will be celebrating our faith with the other schools in the Muskoka Parry Sound community of schools and on October 7, the Muskoka Parry Sound cluster will again be gathering to share and learn all things related to mathematics. As you have probably noticed, there are several PA days listed on the board calendar for October. Ours is only on October 7 - the other days are for other clusters of schools within our board.
All families were provided with the board calendar at the beginning of the school year that marked the PA days, holidays, etc. If you have misplaced this calendar, please put a note in your child's agenda. We will endeavour to supply you with a copy. Please keep it in a prominent place (ie the front of the refrigerator) for future reference.
Just a reminder... Saint Mary's School must be notified re student transportation changes in writing in your child's agenda. Some parents have called (often late in the day) and left messages re picking up their child or have just shown up at bus time to pick their child up without any notice. As some days are quite hectic in the office, there is no guarantee we will get your message before bus time. Also, the pick up students are released after the early bird buses so your child may end up on a bus instead of being picked up because you didn't notify us. Advance planning is a necessity for the safe transportation of all students and you are responsible for giving us this information in the morning in writing.
