February Food Orders and Gr. 3-8 Winter Electives

Hi All
Please note that payment and all forms for Gr. 3-8 Winter Electives are due on Friday January 13, 2017. This date cannot be extended as we need to provide the venues with names and numbers so please ensure that all information and payment is sent to school by Friday. If you are looking for the forms at home, the Hidden Valley package is blue, the Arrowhead package is green and the Bowling/Saint Mary's activities is yellow. All forms were sent home with students prior to the Christmas holidays but if you can't find them please notify the school immediately and we will send a second set home on Thursday so they can be returned with payment on Friday.
The February food order form will be sent home with all students tomorrow and we are adding an additional food day beginning this month! On Mondays in February, the parent council will be serving chicken noodle soup and crackers for $2.00. Please note that students in Gr. 3-8 who are taking part in the Hidden Valley and Arrowhead winter electives will not be at school on Thursday January 19 or Thursday January 26, so please do not order milk for your child on those days.
